Finding the right hair dye.

I am looking for a deep mahogany/burgundy/auburn brown color but I'm not sure what brand or shade of dye to use to achieve the color. I need it to be demi-permanent. I have heard that Ion has a good demi-permanent line, but any suggestions would be very helpful. My hair right now is a shade 5 brown. If I do use Ion, do you think 3rv or 4rv would look better?

3rv. I have used the permanent one and I liked the violet tones.
