Is there any foundations that would cover up face redness.

A foundation with colour correcting (CC) abilities would help. You could also try a colour correcting primer such as the Stila 'One Step Correct' and the Clinique 'redness Solutions'. Alternatively, a green colour correcter will help with redness. LA Girl makes one, along with Makeup Revolution, NYX, Max Factor, etc.
It depends on how bad the redness is, but most medium-to-full coverage foundations will cover redness. I have bad redness and I use either a green colour corrector or primer and the Max Factor 'Facefinity' foundation, Bourjois 'healthy mix' or L'Or?al 'infallible pro matte'. That covers my redness perfectly and I have really bad redness.

I haven't got any face makeup on at the moment, this is the level of redness I get (It's normally worse than this)

This is with a thin layer of foundation and a lightly applied colour correcter, I used the L'Or?al infallible matte here.

I'm not sure how bad your redness is, but Cosmetics Bye Bye Redness is AMAZING if you're someone who has naturally red or blotchy skin. It goes on underneath your foundation and seriously it covers everything. It also works to get rid of the redness as you wear it

Get a green concealer and put it over the red. Then just do your foundation routine.

I like to use the master prime from Maybelline in the green shade for my redness, I also like the tarte amazionan clay foundation. I find that it covers my redness really well.

Depending on how severe your redness is, a foundation that has yellow in it works well for covering slight redness on the skin. If you have really red areas in your skin, I would suggest you checking color correcting (CC) creams and yellow/to green concealers and correctors :)
