I just got my hair cut into a cute pixie because it was so completely fried from bleaching it 3 times in about a week ( ya I know that's terrible lol ) so while it's really healthy and strong feeling now, I'm looking into taking some type of vitamin that will keep it looking this way while its growing back out.

Fortil B/12 by standard process. It is a pill but it works super well! My hair grew 4 inches in a month! It also strengthens your nails and helps them grow:)

Biotin works well. I also find castor oil works as well. I use it as part of my hot oil treatments every month.

I found that Prenatals work great. Sadly, its temporary. When you stop taking them, you can experience mild hair loss.

I know that biotin itself is good.. I'm just not sure which brand that makes them is best.. @ Kenzie 4 inches in a month really?!! that's nuts.. are they expensive?
@ Mia and Lydia.. aren't prenatals dangerous if youre not prego? I know that when I was pregnant and I was taking them my hair looked so healthy during those months that people thought I was wearing a wig lol

They aren't very expensive u can get them from anyone who does muscle testing and tell them u want it for hair growth. I love it! I Live in Cotati so I go to Dr. Dawn Dolan.
