You make an account, add items to your swap list, and people will send you messages (or you can send people a message) saying they want to swap, you look at their list and then you exchange addresses.

Rica, I am fair. Neutral undertone but if a foundation is not extremely pink or yellow I can wear either. I have blue eyes. I am slightly darker than Nars siberia but too light for mont blanc.
