I use the Lose it! app. It's great for tracking exactly what food you eat and what exercise you do. It's basically a budget for weight. Being aware of what you're doing with your body is something that helps me make better decision.

One thing that will help you lose weight is to quit drinking soda (if you are a soda drinker). All types of sodas are horrible for you. By eliminating them from your diet youll notice significant weight loss. Also try taking fish oil pills. They help with burning fat.

Yes sandra s. I take fish oil pills and ive noticed i look a bit slimmer in my stomach, however it helps the most when you have been eating right

Clean eating... Excercise... Lift weights :) there is no quick fix... This will keep it off and you will be glowing inside.. Out :) start slow.. Do research on the net :) and just start. X.
