I would go with dermablend, I havent tried the foundation but the concealer is great and if I remember right it was water proof and had spf which you will need for sure if your going to be under the sun.

For your eyes, alwaysb use a primer (I like UD primer potion). most liquid liners are waterproof, but I love physicians formula. for gel (and mascara), Maybelline is really good. ud pencils are also fantastic (I've yet to find any drug store pencils that hold up as well). eyeshadow, along with your primer, use a water proof base before the shadow (such as Maybelline color tattoos, rimmel eye paint, or tarte jumbo pencils) I don't recommend the nyx pencils, as they arent actually waterproof. lips, the nyx xtreme glosses are good. always use lipliner under lipstick and try to use mattes (creams and satins are too emollient). for skin, set the whole thing with a setting spray such as the UD all nighter (make sure its setting spray, not something like fix+ or smashbox primer water)

And I am a swimmer/teach swimming lessons. I get in the pool with a full face, and 3 hours later it looks pretty much exactly the same. just avoid rubbing your eyes or face. if you must rub your eyes, put your fingers just under your lower lash line, pull out towards the outer corner (like youre trying to make stereotypical Asian eyes) and then blink.

Honestly, I don't think any makeup product will be able to stand up to the chlorine in a pool. I'm assuming you'll be under water most of the time, so I would definitely look into the Mac face and body foundation because it is waterproof :)

You proberbly need some hardcore stage makeup, like find out what synchronized swimmers use.

I think Tarte put out a waterproof line that was designed and tested by the ladies on the You.S. synchronized swimming team. I've never worn it but it's worth looking into.

I used to do synchronized swimming and for competitions we needed lots of makeup, and I remember the maybelline 24 hour cream eyeshadow thing staying on forever! Even when we tried to take it off it wouldnt come off x( haha it was the gold one, not sure how the other ones are but they're cheap too so try those out! :) also revlon colorstay would be a good waterproof foundation if you're looking for that too :)
