I also like Stila Stay All Day but it's very shiny
L'Oreal The Super Slim is a great cheaper one but the felt tip is very long so it dries out a bit faster.

I really like the NYX Super Skinny Liquid Eyeliner Pencil. It gives you a very precise line that can be made to be very thin or built up to more dramatic. It is long wearing and doesn't dry out fast :)

I use Barry M, think it's called blink and it's really good!! Prefer it to a mac one I once used, it has a really good point and doesn't run or print onto my eyelid throughout the day, which the mac one did.
