Put white in your water line :) it'll make them look bigger.

Also use fake lashes (natural looking ones) it'll open up your eyes.

Highlight the inner corner of your eye, the middle of your lid, use a peach liner on your waterline, avoid using dark colors all over the lid, but use them to accentuate your crease. You could also use circle lenses and falsies.

I feel like using peach liner on my waterline and then lightly applying a brown eyeshadow to the lower part of my eye near the lower lashes makes my eyes look bigger, remember to blend and drag it out a bit. (There is a tutorial of Zoe deschanels makeup by pixi2woo or pixiwoo on YouTube using that technique to make the eyes bigger/rounder) Instead of using black liner I'll tightline to make my lashes look thicker.

Do you think nude or peachy colors on the waterline work better for this? I use white sometimes but always looking for new ideas

@logan I think peachy ones make it look like your more naturally awake, but white ones sorta blend into the whites of your eye more so it makes your eyes look generally bigger if that makes sense :)
I find doing winged liner but making the flick go more vertically then horizontally works well, also putting a dark shade (black, dark brown, etc. depending on your makeup) on the outer half of your lower lashline helps alott! Japanese/asian false lashes help a lot too, because most of them are doll like, when natural looking false lashes have more of a wispy/natural look to them, so I find that they look a bit heavier. Curling your lashes helps a lot! And a lot of mascara on top& bottom lashes works well too :)

Many people would say I'm crazy but I notice when I don't wear eyeliner my eyes look way bigger. I just focus on having big lashes and a very open eye look. I use a white eyeliner pencil for the outer corners and highlight with a eyeshadow the middle part of my eyelid. It kinda is like contouring for your eyes lol!
