Never tanned before

So I have never tanned before but I will be going to FL on april, so I would like at least a little glow. I never even really eear shorts, so my legs are superr pale lol. What sort of sunscreen would I need and how long do you recommend to stay in the sun. I don't want to be super dark or anything, just a little glowy.

Florida's sun is super strong! I got sun poisoning on my arm in like 2 hours. I always wore 30+ SPF no matter what

Ouch! I don't typically burn but my sister has to use SPF 80. So I will definitely get somethimg strong for the trip!

What about for tanning a little before?

A couple weeks before my trip, I would try to be in the sun as much as possible :)

Use a gradual tanning lotion and wear a very high SPF:) have fun!!
