Yah I have some weird bumps that formed on the right side of my knee, mine almost feel like goosebumps feel, they are hard though and just feel weird. Don't know what they are or how they got there, it's been years though.

No they aren't warts but they aren't itchy or hurt but a couple of them hurt after I shave, I don't know at first I thought they were ingrown hairs but apparently I was wrong...
