The best thing I use for my hair is Its a 10 Plus Keratin. I use it for heat styling and it has minimized so much damage. If you don't heat style, its still an amazing leave in conditioner. You only need a couple of sprays or you'll look greasy. It is expensive but a big bottle last me about 4 months and I use a lot of it for my thick hair. I also recommend using a good sulfate free like L'Oreal's Ever- Line's (there's so many different names like EverStrong, EverCream, etc. but they are all good) Shampoo and Conditioner. And their deep conditioners are also amazing.

Extreme and extreme Anti-snap lines from Redken saved my over processed hair! I've only used it for a week and my hair feels so much stronger!

I second the extreme line from redken. The extreme length primer (pretty much a protein hair mask) has made my hair so soft.

I'd suggest Joico protein reconstructor followed by their moisturizing treatment.

Also I agree with Stephanie on the Redken anti snap. I got a deluxe sample of the leave in treatment and have been dying to buy it ever since. I've just been over my hair care budget lately trying to find the perfect color and highlight/lowlights for summer lol.

Coconut oil!! Organic one is the best sleep in it if you have all day put it in mainly tips then work your way up and just wear it in a bun if you go out then wash out in shower with cold or regular water just don't use hot best to do it in cold
