I just bought Biotin pills (Spring Valley) kind from Walmart after reading and watching reviews of how great the pills work. The only problem is you have to intake a lot of water or you will get cyst acne. Is that true? what is your experience with Biotin pills? Follow me!

I love biotin but I haven't taken pure biotin supplements I take hair skin and nail vitamins that have biotin in them. So idk about cyst acne. I had no problems and my hair grows so much faster :-)

I take both biotin and hair, nail, and skin vitamins. I've never heard about cyst acne before that's a new one.
