use something water or gel base. emultion, gel moisturizer or just serum

your skin is oily but thirty. use something like Clinique moisture surge it is a gel base and give extra moisture

if you use oil control it is wrong way. your skin will make more oil because it is normal when human skin dry it will make oil so you have to put the extra moisture (water) into the skin. then when our skin know it not so dry anymore it will make less oil. use gel moisture will not give you more oil it will give only the water moisturizers
