It looks like what I get in the summer along my hair line and a bit on my forehead and nose. For me it's caused by sweating so it's more a summer issue for me. I exfoliate a bit more frequently in the summer and use a lighter spf moisturizer and a ton of mattefying powder to help soak up the excess sweat. Hope I help a bit. But Chelsea's right your freaking gorgeous girl!!

Acne (at least I think). I've found Retin A or a retinol cream helps. Also strangely I've found moisturizing more regularly has reduced mine.
