French fishtail braid

Idk if this hairstyle has been 'invented' yet (I'm pretty sure it has) but I came up with the idea when I was fishtail braiding my sisters hair for bed. I just did it to myself :)

Mini tutorial :
-grab a section of hair at the top of your head like you do with a French braid but instead of three sections you spit it into two
-start fishtailing it, one time left to right, one time right to left.
-stop to grab more hair on both sides
-repeat these two steps you've got no more hair left to add to your braid
-then just continue fishtailing it

What do you guys think? It's just a quick hairstyle for bed to keep my curls intact but this could become my new everyday hairstyle. You can also stop once you've got no more hair left to add (or not) and twist it into a low bun, very cute for formal occasions.

It's beautiful! I'd make the sections smaller for more a fishtail effect :) But beautiful!! Here's an example of what I mean :)

I love it! But I agree with Tessandra as it doesn't massively look like a fishtail, it just looks like a french braid.
