I'm afraid this question is a little bit broad...what specifically would you like to know about? Any sort of products, or techniques?

Check out YouTube - search beginner makeup tutorial. Basics to pick up would be a neutral eyeshadow palette, foundation, concealer, mascara, eyeliner, blusher and lipgloss. And some basic makeup brushes. You can always invest in more/better things once you have the basics down :)
