Sorry hopefully this is in the right category otherwise please feel free to move it moderators. So I'm thinking about plucking my eye brows because I have a few stray hairs around my eyebrows that I'm a bit conscious of. I don't want to change the shape of my brows or anything so would I be okay just to tweezer them at home? Also how fast would they grow back and how do I prevent a rash?

I'd pluck them if it's just a few stray hairs.

Yes its okay just to pluck them :-) Just make sure to pluck the stray hairs only and not to mess with the shape of them

Plucking a few stray hairs is no big deal Love :) It's perfectly okay, and normally they grow back within a week or two so you kind of have to watch for them lol :)

I agree with the girls above. I think using clean tweezers and making sure your face is clean first will prevent a rash, especially if you put oil on after plucking. (Specifically I believe my mother who plucks my eyebrows uses Vitamin E oil on me) also, I heard rubbing an ice cube on your brows before you pluck can help numb the pain.

Thanks all of you :) I'm used to eppilating instead of shaving so it shouldn't hurt to bad. @nikki did you mean that I should put oil on after plucking? Would coconut oil work?

Yes or get them threaded , just don't pluck the top of your eyebrows or they will start to rise up your forehead and you will have to keep plucking them because they will grow back in all weird looking. X

Just pluck the straight hairs so the shape doesn't get messed up.

Yes, after plucking. I'm not sure about coconut oil, I heard it's mildly comedogenic.
And I checked with my mom this morning, she says she uses azulene oil. I think you could also use aloe Vera too. Make sure you do a patch test when using these things to make sure you won't have a reaction though!
