What should I do?

I've been growing my hair to get a medium bob and now I've got to the point of whether to cut it all so it's all nearly the same length and then keep letting it grow a bit longer or to keep growing it and when it's at my desired length then cut it. What are your opinions?

The left side is pinned back by the way, it's the same length as the other side. My hair has layers and the back is shorter than the sides :-)

Keep letting it grow. I think they layers look fine and it's at the okay length still that the baxk being shorter is still in style. Maybe once you get a couple more inches get it trimmed so the layers are softer.
