What makeup would you suggest for my friend?

She wants to start being more creative with her makeup but since look a lot different than her it's hard to tell what would suit her. She's very fair skinned with blonde hair. She's looking for some eye looks and what lipstick would suit here. Any any pictures of makeup looks would be great!

I would say a pinky eyeshadow would look nice and would brighten up her eyes. Also a warm pink lipstick :)
