So I've always had slightly more yellowish teeth despite that I brush every morning and night and floss. Do you guys have any teeth whiteners I should try? I know not to use lemon or baking soda because that breaks down my enamel and my teeth are sensitive anyways. I've tried charcoal, and I have no sensitivity and I do see some difference, but not that much. Any suggestions?

I have heard that putting a banana peel in your teeth and kind of scrubbing it across your teeth helps but I would definitely look it into anything before trying! :) hope you find a solution!! Best of luck! :)

I would say talk to your dentist about whitening but I know it's expensive and not everyone can afford it but some people have had great experiences with crest.

The set of whitening mouthwash and toothbrushes and toothpaste from Crest is very good! I'm using it now and I've definitely noticed my teeth being so much whiter.

I recently switched to glo from sephora, and I love it. It's easily whitened my teeth 3-4 shades since February. I just use the toothpaste, since I don't like mint, they come in different flavors (I like the berry and the citrus best, the lavender one tastes of alight mint) but they have a whole system for whitening. I haven't tried it. It's pricey but I'm sure it's worth it if the toothpaste whitens this much alone. And I have very sensitive teeth, and haven't had any more sensitivity since switching. If anything it's lessened. :)

Believe it or not...baking soda and hydrogen peroxide..however it can be harsh on enamel so it's best not to use it daily or if you have.sensitive teeth.

Don't use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, or baking soda and lemon. That's honestly the worst thing you can do to your teeth, it's essentially just eating away at the enamel on your teeth and you can't ever get that back when it's gone lol.

All whitening kit has some kind of peroxide and sodium something which can be replaced with baking soda. You should leave it on your teeth for 2 min and don't rub just rinse out. Don't do this often at all though. You can oil pull too.

@Bri-bri, the ingredients in any whitening kits and/or tooth pastes are dental grade products, they've been alerted to be suited for oral use, you can't just replace anything with 44 cent baking soda, that's ridiculous.

Sisi have you had experience with it? Does it work well or cause sensitivity? Also where could I get it? Thank you all so much!

Baking soda is corrosive grit. Crest 3D white paste, rinse & strips are fantastic and affordable.
