I'm loving it! I find a lot of people are scared to wear shades the same as their eye colour but with the right technique you can totally make it work! I love this, and I love the how the blue is the focus. I think the only thing I'd do is add a shimmery white highlight

Looks amazing! :) and the eyeliner is on fleek, looks great. I would try different colour of the bottom (blue) so it will match your eye colour a bit more, but this looks really nice as well
