Hopefully this method works out for you! :
Paint your nails black, for the base, then with a makeup sponge (I find it helps if you rip it in half and use the textured part because it gives a more random effect), paint on a color your want on it (probably blues, pinks, yellows, purples, etc) and start sponging it on random spots, the key here is to use less at first and build it up. Then use another color, or as many as you want but it might look crowded if you use more then 3, but do what you like :) when you're done that finish it with a clear glitter polish (one with starts in it would be cool!) and a top coat :) hopefully this works for you!

Its really hard for me too.I feel like whenever I sponge on a color,it geta covered up with the next color I put on!
