Volume powders are really great! I just recently discovered them and I've been using them to tease my hair instead of hair spray.
They definitely give hair volume but also make the hair feel more...matte?! Lol. I like it because it holds a tease well but my bff who never teases her hair said it made her head feel gross haha

I can also recommend volume powders like the one from got2b. Even if you don't tease your hair, you can get a Lot more volume. There should be Tutorials on youtube how to use them the right way :)

I, as well, have fine, flat, lifeless hair. Living Proof by Jennifer Aniston Full shampoo and conditioner is AMAZING! I've tried all the products out there. Also, get the root lift hair spray. apply it to your scalp with damp hair and blow dry as usual. The results are amazing!
