If you've ever saw a photo of Kylie Jenner you know how over exaggerated her lips are. She doesn't have full lips naturally so she has to make them appear fuller with liner. I have been trying to figure out how to do this myself.
Any tips on how to fake the appearance of fuller lips?

Well she's definitely gotten some kind of lip injections over the years so you won't be able to fake her fullness with just liner.
Just draw slightly outside of your natural lip line, that'll be the most natural fullness you'll be able to achieve.
I would not suggest the shot glass method or any product that's similar, you can end up bruising the skin on and around your lips. Plus I don't think it looks very natural anyways, it just looks really swollen.

You can drow them outside your real lips thin star fulling them in thin take your fav lipstick color and use it.

She definitely gets lip injections so you can't really achieve her full lips without surgery.
I would just practice over drawing your lips l, but even that looks unnatural if you do it wrong. I would just stick to your natural lip shape if I were you

My lips are naturally big, but I like them even bigger. I've discovered that Vaseline is a natural lip plumper. Apply Vaseline every night. it all soaks in n you wake up with bigger fuller lips. I've been doing this for a year n it's not temporary! They do stay big. (:

She also uses the lip cups which are being sold to make your lips appear in different sizes. This can also be accomplished with a shot glass, by sucking your lips into it for 5secs checking they don't get too inflamed. Then it's easier to overdraw your liner.

The whole shot glass/fullips thing really isn't safe and can cause bruising, not to mention it completely diminishes your Cupid's bow and, like Alexis said, just makes them look swollen, as if you've been stung by a bee. Kylie Jenner has definitely gotten lip injections and that really the only safe way to get fuller lips.

Try drawing slightly outside of your natural lips, as Alexis had suggested, and follow that by filling in the inside area using the same lip liner or a lipstick that has a very similar shade. You want to be sure to fill it in completely and not overdraw them too much though, to ensure it still looks on the more natural side. As for Kylie, I personally don't believe that she has had lip injections, since if you look closely enough, you can see where her natural lip line is.
