I like it to be somewhere in the middle, if its to soft you won't be able to make a crisp line and if its to stiff it will be hard to work with! I love my angled liner brush from Zoeva :)

Mine currently is too soft I got some makeup brushes as a gift with no name. I'll have to check out the one you mentioned.

Its definitely a good one :) I'm sure many other brands have something similar! But a good angled brush is such a must have to do a good liner :)

I find it has to be in the middle, like Sabrina said. Not too soft so that it creates a wobbly line but not to hard either or else it will be difficult to use and might actually feel sore when pressing on your eyelid!

Mines in the middle and I love it :) I use mine for my brows and for my eyeliner, mines a Royal Connections brush :)
