My hair is at that stage where it falls to around my chest area and seems to refuse to grow any longer, what can I do to thicken my hair and make it more healthy? I am also considering hair extensions once I have saved money to buy good quality ones, what would you recommend? I'm not sure whether to have simple clip ins or keratin hair extensions. Any feedback will be appreciated, thanks :)

Hair masks, try to limit the amount of heat you use.

My favourite type of hair extensions are tape-ins. I know it's not what your deciding between, but I find tape-ins the comfiest, great quality and last for AGES. Wasp is a good brand. My hair is the same - it refuses to grow, so tape-ins I have had for years whilst I'm waiting for my natural hair to grow, once it has I will just purchase clip ins (which you can get good quality cheap ones on eBay) to wear when I want :)

If you want something temporary while maintaining your own hair then I'd get clip ins, if you want something more high maintenance and requires tri-monthly (or a little longer) upkeep than I'd get keratin.

I would do clip-ins. I personally have done them before and I loved it! you can be very versatile with your look. I don't not recommend getting them sewn in. I have done that before and drastically damaged my hair for a period of time

I use Pro Naturals Hair Repair System alongside my Australian Tea Tree Shampoo & Conditioner. This system gives my hair great body, shine and the leave in treatment of Moroccan Argan Oil keeps the hair protected against heat damage as I wash my hair every 3 days.
