I just found this while scrolling through my tumblr dashboard. I think this looks so cool and I haven't seen this done before! Is there anyone out there who may possible know about a tutorial on this? :)

I want to say It's the water method but I could be wrong. you put water in a container then drop little drops of nail Polish then layer it with different colors&get a tooth pick &do your design

I've seen this done once before but don't recall where I found it. If I remember correctly they layered the desired colors, one on top of the other, then dipped a q-tip in remover and gently removed it the middle. Obviously the more you remove the faster you'll get to your natural nail.
