I really want a new neutral palette and like the golds/rosegolds. Which would be the most bang for my buck? I think getting both would be neutral overload.

I prefer Lorac products. I do not have the KVD palette but I did go swatch it at sephora and was less than impressed.

I agree with Tiffany. I prefer Lorac and also only searched the monarch palette but it didn't seem very pigmented to me. The unzipped gold is wonderful.

I have the Lorac one and it's one of my top favorites. Especially because I love golds!! The pigmentation is out of this world!! Definitely recommend if you love golds :)
