Ok so this is a bit embarresing but lately they've been growing and in 4 months I went from a 34 a to 34 c and its really annoying because I get a new bra and then it dosn't fit do you have any suggestions for bras? I'm going shopping tommorow, what's the best type? (And I prefer no padding)

You should test the cup out before you buy it.

I agree Shanae but what kind of bra would you suggest for my size?

I'm a 34 c too and I think a regular bra that shows some

You should get properly fitted - something like over 80% of women wear the wrong bra size - don't be one of them!

Yeah if you go to Victoria secret they hook you up! Just keep in mind I'm pretty sure they're sizes run big so just an example if they size you a c then you'd probably be a b everywhere else!

That's a good idea - now for the style of bra - that depends on your personal style and what level of cleavage you are comfortable with - both me n the hubby love cleavage and luckily I'm a 38F so that's never an issue in any bra EXCEPT minimized bras... So I stay away from those cause they just don't do me justice... But if you go with Demi or t-shirt bras it's usually a good idea to go a cup size bigger so you don't spill out of them (unless you want to then go for it!) but see it's all a matter of personal preference - for every day I like full coverage bras that have no lining or are lightly lined - but if I want my girls to be the star I go for the classic push up :P.

Get fitted somewhere other than Victoria secret. maybe Macy's or Nordstrom. I've never had luck with any Victoria secret bras. plus whatever size they measure you will only be for their bras, the other places will be much more universal.

I find balconnette bras leave the right amount of room if they grow, they're super comfy too

Lol. I just go to Wal-Mart and put the cups up to my boobs.. I don't have money for anything other than that.

In all honesty it depends on your boob shape... For example, my boobs. They look crazy small, when in reality they are a 32 c without padding. 32 d with pushup padding (go up a cup size to avoid that third center boob if you want pushup cleavage) but, I had three kids and Breastfed them all so they are very shallow, not full firm or perky boobs, so I need a full cup not a Demi. For the most comfortable fit, I'd suggest a t-shirt cotton bra. That will give you the most support. I worked at La Senza in fittings, and yes you want te right size but you also need the right style of cup ;) so seriously go in with three four different styles, balconette. Demi, tshirt, quarter cups, half cups, just grab them all and try them all on, and get the ladies in with you that's their job. They actually have to do a course on boobs and bras and styles 😉 I did anyway and seriously my husband is way jealous over the boobs I got to feel lol good luck love.

Wish I could help but the australian bra sizes are different.. @Raylene that last part in your comment made me lol 😁

Haha Sara if the customer was comfortable I'd actually grab their boobs and properly adjust them so they sat properly. I'd come home and my husband would ask, "so how many boobs did you squeeze today?" Haha he soo wanted a job there I was like ya you'll get inventory babe sorry haha.

I think with Victoria's Secret some fittings are a hit and miss. I went last year and the girl did a great fitting gave bras to try to find the perfect bra for me, I ended up getting the "wrong" size couple months later it fit. I went to a different store cause I had moved and the lady did a terrible job. Told her I wore a 32D and that one boob kinda spilled the other fit okay she tells me I need a 32C,.. Either way get a bra fitting, try the cup size (I always put a thin sheet of tissue inside cause I don't like the idea of other breast in a bra I'm putting on lol), then a style of your preference

I definitely suggest getting fitted at a bra shop, or a store like Nordstrom or Macy's. They can also help you find bras that fit your shape.

I was fitted at Nordstrom and my experience was top notch! I highly suggest going there to find your perfect bra. I had been wearing the wrong size for years!
