Can I wear an ironic Christmas sweater in spring?

Can I wear this sweater in the spring or is it fashion taboo? I only got to wear it once this year because I got it way after Christmas and I want to wear it again tomorrow with jean shorts. I don't really mind if people look twice but I also don't want to look like a weirdo lol. What do you think?

I say I wouldn't care and wear what I want earlier in the post because I myself am not very judgemental towards other people and if they like to wear a certain style of things (even if I don't like or agree) it's not my place to put an opinion to it. So I expect other people to do same for me, (even if they don't) that's where my view comes from.

First of all wear what you want, but second of all, I personally wouldn't wear it because I think it's just not a spring look. It has nothing to do with the fact that it's a Christmas sweater and it's no longer Christmas, but the sweater might look off in the spring/summer.
