Navy blue eyeshadow that's almost black?

I want to use a deep navy instead of black for my smokey eye. I want it to be so dark blue it's almost black. Please help.

You could use a black base and then just put a dark navy on top. Or you can mix a black and navy to create the shade you want.

Thanks for the tip but I'm using it just in the outer v do you think I could still use that method

The loreal infallible 24h eyeshadows are amazing quality. the one in "midnight blue" is a great dark navy blue.

I agree with Jocelyne, and that would be a gradient eye, not a Smokey eye.
