I feel like if your eyes are sensitive, it's probably best not to use eye liner and risk your health.

I have extremely sensitive eyes (I had to trial 7 different mascaras before I found one which didn't make my eyes all puffy!) and I love No7 pencil liner. I also found that if you have a mascara that is fine with your eyes, use an angled brush and use your mascara as eyeliner. That's what I now do and it really works well :)

I got an infection from putting eyeliner on my water line. I just do UNDER the bottom
LASHES instead of ON the WATERLINE. haven't got an infection since.
