Charli, the Rimmel Scandaleyes eyeliner pen is great and is around £7-8. The only downside I found was that it ran out of pigment fairly quickly but other than that it's fab. They have a thick and a thin pen so you have the option to which you like.

The Collection one is good. I think it's called extreme 24hr or something. It doesn't last 24hrs but it is easy to apply, properly black, and easy to remove (no scrubbing or anything like that). It is definitely available in superdrug aswell as boots, asda, tesco, and most other stores actually. Good luck 🍀

Loreal super slim is great and the seventeen brand has a great felt tip liner think its about 4-5 pound. Love both of them!

Physician's Formula Eye Enhancer (I believe that is what it's called, but I am not 100% sure) pen liner is absolutely fantastic, as well as the Milani UltraFine liquid pen liner. They are pigmented, stay on all day, and they both should be within your budget :)
