Oh and it's going to be on a rooftop in LA so it might be windy and It will be chilly so I don't really have to worry about tons of sweat and stuff

Make sure the one you use does not contain SPF so that your face does not appear whiter in pictures! :-)

I would go with the one that's long wearing on your skin, nice coverage and photographs well.
@Vittoria I'm pretty sure SPF isn't what causes a white cast when taking pictures, I'm not positive though.

I don't think L'Oreal's will last. I would say KVD but it's so matte and you said your skin is flakey so either prep really well or skip it and use MAC. Or you could try mixing foundations. Also, I believe mica is what causes flashback in photos.

You don't want to wear a foundation with SPF and probably something matte since it has to stay all night.
