That's gorgeous!! I would simple jewelry, like super simple. Then I would do a neutral makeup look with winged eyeliner, and if you like red lips, go for it, if not, go for a pinky lip, then I usually would say hair down with a strapless dress but it's so gorgeous and glamorous I would say a simple updo, have the dress the focal point of the night!

I would suggest a cool toned eye like the #3 picture Shona S. put up, but either without the wing or a thinner wing. Also a nice nude lip or a mauve-purple lip.
