I need a foundation that is not "cakey" or matte, I have dry skin. I'd like a foundation that is kinda dewy & will cover my red spots. Preferably one from sephora, that's the only actual makeup store near me. :)
I'm not exactly sure how to fill in my eyebrows, I currently am using a Nyx cake powder, and I'd like try something like a eyebrow pencil or dip gel, any suggestions?

I Use Anastasias Dipbrow Pomade In Soft brown & I Love it, in my opinion it gives either a natural or very defined brow depending on how you apply it. Its 18$ and Last a very long time, I've had it for about 8 months now :).

For brows, Make up for ever makes a really great product called "aqua brow", it comes in different shades. It comes in a tube (like the lip tars) and it's applied with a brush, so you can decide how heavy to make them and you only need a pin drop of it!

For foundation- I like to use a beauty blender to apply anything to my face. It really helps to calm my dry skin. Brushes tend to irritate my skin! As for actual foundation- I hear that the Georgio Armani luminous silk foundation is incredible. It's really expensive, but a total investment

I love my Clarins 'skin Illusion spf 10' foundation. It has a wide range of tones and doesn't stick to my dry patches. Medium coverage but is definitely buildable and doesn't cake :) I apply mine with my fingers or with my Royal Connections flat paddle foundation brush :)

Sephora's 10 Hour foundation sounds like something you'd be into- it's light-medium build able coverage, natural dewy finish, and doesn't cake up. It feels like a second skin. Just be sure to prime it.

For foundation I use Estée Lauder Double Wear but it is known more for its matte finish, not sure what the other types are like. But the product is very thin and looks natural while hiding any imperfections. For my brows I've found the best results by outlining the shape using an Anastasia Brow Pen and then I fill them in using a like coloured eyeshadow from Urban Decay. I find this gives them the bold natural finish.
