Use a dark spot corrector and/or vitamin C serum. Also make sure to exfoliate and use SPF so they don't get darker (:

Dermaroller! You should research about these amazing gadgets because they fix so many things from wrinkles to dark spots, acne scars and uneven texture! If you decide to get a dermaroller, like Alexis C. suggested, use a vitamin C serum along with it and this will be the ultimate combination. You can make your own with ascorbic acid (found in bulk barn), vegetable glycerin, and water :) you can find vids on YouTube about it! :)

I second what Bri-bri says. I think dermarollers are the way to go. Look up PERFECT BEAUTY on YouTube...she has her own company (Banish Acne Scars) that sells dermarollers because she struggled with acne and acne scarring and found a way to completely (and I mean completely) get rid of them.
