It's looks really smooth and flawless, but I believe it's the wrong color. It doesn't match your neck or your arm :/

Thanks guys and @Brittany my skin type is oily. @Isabel yes I've tried it but I like the matte velvet one better. @Bailee it blends in good I don't think I should go up any darker because it'll be too dark on my skin and I don't want to look darker than I already am. I'm a 77 in the color so me going darker would make me look red or too dark
