Hello everyone. I own 6 of the too faced lipsticks and all the colors are gorgeous and goes on great and sets great. All except for the light color Called Sugar... It goes on so patchy and it makes my lips look dry and patchy when I don't even have dry lips. I also use a lip primer before all my lipsticks and the sugar always turns out really weird in texture (color is gorgeous). Does anyone else have this problem with their light colored melted lipsticks?

I bought my first and only Melted in violet. I wanted to love it because of all the reviews but when I tried it it dried my lips like crazy. I have yet to put it on again.

I would go exchange it I have had melted lipsticks that were way of from original texture (bad batch) maybe you got a bad one, if it doesn't consist in texture with the ones you have I say go exchange it.

Honestly, I have the same experience with all light colored lipsticks, regardless of the brand and formula. I wonder if it's somehow the color or just a coincidence?

The coral that I have goes on streaky too but it sets fine after a while. I don't know why the sugar does this. I had the nude color a while back that I gave away because it was too brown for me and it was the same way too. Steaky and patchy :( I would return it but I threw the box away lol. The one time I throw packaging away is the one time I need it lol!

I have 4 of them so far, sugar included. I purchased the frosting yesterday and noticed it did the same as yours in that color. I have had sugar for a while now and never had an issue with it. I will say if you apply a thin layer and let it "set" for a minute that seems to even itself out for the most part. a really thin second layer after the first layer sets gets rid of any unevenness.

I agree with Jacqueline and Kelly, it really depends on the application. Has it gone bad? smells or feels quite different than the other melted you own?

Its a very pale/beautiful color... and it mixes well with the other 3 colors you have to create subtle looks.
