I got the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit Acne Scrub and it completely dried out my face! I was also using Hope In A Jar as my moisturizer. It made my skin so tight and it was incredibly painful. I stop using it and my face went back to normal, but it did an amazing job at clearing up my acne. I've started using it again along with the Purity face wash and so far my skin has dried up. Did anyone else have this problem with it?

Maybe switch your scrub cause different companies put different stuff in their products. Try maybe a clean and clear one or st. Ives!

The pink grapefruit cleanser is incredibly strong and doesn't offer much for moisture. Neutrogena also makes a cream acne cleanser that I have had great luck with. its in a green tubelike bottle.

That face wash is so drying! The other Neutrogena acne washes are much better. I like the acne stress control one so much better. Not drying at all. I do like the grapefruit face wipes though.

I haven't tried it, but use it according to how much your skin can handle us just at night, or everyother day..etc. so it doesn't cause you such discomfort~

I tried the green acne cleanser Neutrogena makes...the one for redness? Oh my God. Used it twice and I had to stop because it dried out my skin so much, even with moisturizing. Neutrogena's cleansers have a track record of being pretty drying, I've been avoiding them since.

I hated that face wash, but anything grapefruit seems to irritate my skin because I had the same experience with a YesTo one as well.

I used the pink grapefruit scrub approximately once (it was my sisters and I just wanted to try it) and it burned my face. The second I applied it to my skin, my skin felt irritated and had s burning sensation and I never used it again. So I guess I didn't exactly have the same problem as you, but I really did not like this face wash :/
