Help?!?! I don't know what it is but for the past two mouths I have had terrible skin and it looks even worst with make up over it is there a good moisturizer or way to get rid of this.

Definitely exfoliate, it helps tons, I recommend Eucerine or Cetaphil moisturizer.

My lips are also very dry I have cuts in the ceases of my lips, is there a good way to treat them I have tried DIYs, Neosporin, and all chapsticks and still my lips won't heal?

Exfoliate your lips with your toothbrush, basically just brush them and then put on a chapstick, I recommend burts bees.

I agree with Shanae, for your face use a light exfoliator - I would use one for sensitive skin so you don't irritate your skin and then get a moisturizing mask that can be used as a sleeping mask. I recomend the GlamGlow thirstymud, it really brings new life to your skin!

As for the lips again I agree with Shanae, I also lightly exfoliate with my toothbrush while I brush my teeht and then use a great lipbalm.

The vitamin E mask and intensive moisturiser from the body shop works wonders. Also the vitamin C microdermabrasion scrub from there is the perfect texture.
