I am getting this for my birthday next month and I have no idea what size to get I usually wear a size 2x but not sure which would be 2x in this form of sizes thank you so much!

14/16 is considered Large, 18/20 is considered XL, 22/24 is considered 2XL and 26 is considered 3XL (:
