I have flesh toned bumps all over my skin they're not pimples they don't hurt or anything they just make my skin look bad. How can I get rid of this? I have combination skin.

I think they might be milia.

You should go see a dermatologist instead of letting us try to diagnose you, they'll probably also help you find a way to get rid of them(:

I have that too. I've had it since before I can remember. I forget what it's called, it's some long wierd medical name. But anyways. It's basically to much skin growth and using lotion every day helps get rid of it. I use coconut oil and olive oil mix; it's pretty much gone from my skin.

It sounds like milia, which is dead skin cells trapped under the top surface of the skin , salicylic acid in combination chemical exfoliaters like glycolic acid helps to break down the dead skin , if there deep you may need to have them lanced by a professional.
