If your specific antibiotics state to avoid dairy, you can still get the probiotic goodness found in yogurt by simply taking probiotic supplements. it's great for increasing the good bacteria in your body and can help digestion too. there's also drinks with probiotics, but I find those are pretty expensive and don't last nearly as long as a bottle of probiotic supplements.
