I got a 3 pack sample of the extra strength alpha beta pads and after the second use I noticed that my face is breaking out. I'm wondering if this is from the pads cleansing my skin and drawing the gunk from my pores or if it's a bad reaction. I don't usually break out from using any products, but I know I have major clogged pores.

When I first started using the pads I broke out for awhile, but after that my skin improved greatly, assuming though you are using the two step peel pads that I did, that was my experience. Hope this helps. Did you use them back to back on consecutive days? I had to back off and work up to using them daily. I started out using them every third day.

Kelly those are the ones I'm talking about. And yes I used them on consecutive days, I feel like I see a pretty big difference in my pores even after only 2 uses. Thank you! I am going to take the plunge and buy a box of them.

Sasha, I really don't think you'll be disappointed, I love them, just ease into using them, I Started out using them every day (I have oily skin) and I started peeling and breaking out. I backed off and went to every third day, then every other day, and now I've been using them daily for months and my skin looks great. :)

I went to get them and they just sold the last one earlier today! He suggested trying the Peter Thomas Roth max correction pads so I got those and will be trying them out. I live over an hour away so I would rather not wait for them to get it and I had store credit so couldn't order online

I love the DR gross peel pads, but I know a lot of ladies around here rave about the ptr pads. plus, they are cheaper so I'm going that route once I'm done w/ my stash. I hope you enjoy & let us know in a future post your input on the ptr.

Janette the price is part of the reason I took the chance and got them. I will be trying them out for the first time tonight and will be sure to do a post after using them for a while.
