Hey everyone, so I was wondering if any of you have tried either of the popular Make Up For Ever foundations. The HD invisible cover foundation of the Mat Velvet + foundation. I wanted to try a new foundation and was wondering if these are really worth the hype and the money. I have combination/oily skin and I'm looking for medium/full coverage to cover my acne and acne scarring. Please let me know your thoughts on these foundations or any other foundation recommendations that you would have. Thanks!

You can't go wrong with either, really. I have dry skin, so I'm not sure if you'd have the exact same results, but I use the Mat Velvet+ and it is amazinggg. I use it with both a brush and BB, and either look flawless.

I have the hd as well and I love it I love the coverage and how light it feels on my skin ( I apply it with a beauty blender so maybe that's why?) also I thought the shade range was amazingg too

I have normal to oily skin and recently got a sample of the Mat Velvet + and I love it! The coverage, in my opinion, is on the lighter side of medium but it's buildable, it's super lightweight, and doesn't break down from my skin's oils. I'll definitely be purchasing the full size (:

I use the Mar Velvet + Matifying Foundaition It is amazing if you have oily skin like me. it is oil free which is a super plus. I kind of hate the packaging but its like my all time favorite holy grill foundation.
