Aww sorry for your experience you would think since there professionals they would know how to do it. I like that blonde color though it's just the orange that throws it off. How does your hair feel and how much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?

It feels healthy still. I paid $85. & thank you. I really hope they fix it tomorrow. I sat in that chair from 12:30 to 6:30.

I actually don't mind damage, I've come up with a "magic concoction" that mends my damage within about two or three masks. As long as my ends aren't falling off, I'll be fine. I just want them to get it right next time. I'm sorry you went through that!

Lol they're not getting another cent out of me. It's fine, I'm seriously hoping they fix it. I screen shotted more pictures do they can get a better idea of what I want. Although, the one picture I had was good enough.

No, I got it cut a few weeks ago when that lady cut my bangs and she was just horrible. My hair at the bottom is bluntly cut, I try to blend it altogether sometimes but most of the time it just looks like crap. I was going to get it cut again after I get it dyed

Renay, I'm here now. I have to sit here and wait for my parents for $25. They said I have to pay for the extra labor. My hair is wet, for some reason at the end, they don't dry it, so I don't know exactly what it looks like yet.

Absolutely refuse to pay more. Any reputable salon would fix it free of charge, if not refund you the cost of the original. Also, it makes no sense for them to leave your hair wet.

Tell them calmly that you asked for a specific result and paid for that result the first time. It's not your responsibility to pay for the fact that their stylist didn't do what you requested, and you aren't going to pay them to possibly achieve what you already paid them to do. Let them know if you're not satisfied with the new color when it dries you'll return for a refund. If they refuse you a refund, leave a calm but detailed negative yelp review. I guarantee there's someone at the salon checking them, and often they'll reply in a very accommodating way to appeal to potential clients checking their reviews.

I just told them that I wasn't going to pay since they should've gotten right in the first place and left... I'm walking to the gas station for my parents to pick me up there. I feel kinda bad cause she just spent another 4 and a half hours on my hair.

Purple shampoo should get the brassiness out over time.. Or you could look up adding purple food coloring to shampoo (very little amounts needed) I had a similar issue and it helped me a lot.
