There's patches everywhere. My hair was a gross orange before and they tried to beach out the Orange, for some reason they were in a rush. She gave my a bunch of useless information, as well as false information. She said if purple shampoo doesn't fix it, I can go back in a fix it, but if have to pay another $85!

I agree with Renay, I wouldn't have paid at all and complained to a manager or supervisor. That sucks, I know you were so excited to get your hair done!

I called back and she said they'll look at it before I get my money back, they want to try and fix it first. I said that I wanted to go somewhere else and get it fixed and she basically told me no lmao. She said that they're extremely sorry and they will be able to fix it. I feel bad for the attitude.. but they messed up my hair! Thanks y'all, I probably wouldn't have had enough courage to call back without yalls comments! I think it's because she didn't dry it at the end so I couldn't see what it looked like because it was wet.

It does look extremely patchy and there are like 6 different colors... I'd definitely call back and tell them you want them to fix it free of charge.

Yeah, they can't just flat out tell you no. It's your hair and your money. They messed up and you don't want to give them your business anymore, simple as that. I'd look up the number or email for corporate and contact them if they give you anymore trouble.

I talked to my mom about it and she said to see if they can fix it and if it still doesn't work out, to get my money back and never go back. They said they were trying to do as least damage possible when I was there. But who knew that would leave me with a rainbow on my head. The second worst part was that they were constantly trying to sell me their products! Thanks y'all. I'll make another post if all goes well! I appreciate the help and encouragement! (:

I don't know what your hair color was before, but from your profile picture it looks quite dark. Dark colors are sometimes really trick to lighten and lift the dark color away to get to a blonde color. Whenever you go from black, dark brown, or red its going to turn somewhat of an orange color. Go to Sally's and purchase Clairol Shimmer Lights. It's a purple shampoo that will help to fade the orange. Purple is opposite of orange on the color wheel; therefore it will help to cancel out the brassy color in your hair. Use it on the spots where it's brassy though. Not all over. And I recommend deep conditioning after using it to. It'll make your hair a bit rough, but it should improve in after a few uses.

I actually really like how it turned out :) however, because you don't I'd definitely be calling and sorting whether they'd fix it for free. I know how you feel being disappointed by a hairdresser haha, this is the reason I dye my own hair too. :)
