I'm thinking of buying lip tar in the color "Anita", its such a lovely shade of brownish burgundy. Do you think lip tars are worth the price? And has anybody tried Anita?

I've never tried that shade specifically but I do love OCC lip tars. They're worth the money. If you do purchase I recommend purchasing the primer along with it to get the most out of your lip tar.

They are not worth it! It's difficult to apply especially because they recommend applying it layer by layer. The color is beautiful, but if your a beginner like I am prepare for I challenge. I have Anita and black daliah and they both are neglected.

They bleed really bad if you don't use them properly. But with a great lip liner and proper blotting they can look amazingggggg:)

I love my lip tars, but I think they aren't made for everyone.
I've never had to layer my lip tars, I use a pin drop size and that is more than enough. I find every lip product bleeds unless you take the time to prep your lips accordingly so I cannot compare it to others.
If you are more of the Quick make up type of person, I would suggest getting a lipstick instead. It comes in a tube so obvioualy its not really something you can put on without a mirror.
I personally love that they come in a tube.. you get to mix shades so easily and create your own colors! You have to be into their concept so to speak and you'll enjoy them. I have only tried Anita in the store, They have such lovely colors!

Kitty, I'll spend lots of time on makeup if I have too, I love it!:) Also I heard they spoil since they're completely natural... Do you think putting it in the fridge (I know it sounds odd) will help make it last?
