Clearasil for White head?😁🙈👎

Idk if this is in the right category but yanno... Okay so on my pimples and acne I usually put clearasil on it and it goes away fast but I don't know if it will work the same on white heads... I put it on and do any of you know if it will help it go away?

I think it should help I don't know for sure I use it all the time.
